Our client, a well respected organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager for their Queensland based portfolio. 

Due to expansion within the current team we are seeking a passionate and dynamic FM professional to join our client's dedicated Facilities team to take on the Operational Management of a diverse portfolio.

This is an immediate start permanent position.

As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing capital works, fit outs, refurbishments and churn projects
- Developing and managing preventative maintenance systems
- Overseeing sub contractors and trade staff 
- Providing building reports to the client
- Overseeing OH&S compliance

To be successful at this role, it is essential you have experience within the commercial facility management industry with previous exposure managing hard and soft services. A refrigeration handling licence would be highly regarded.
