Our client is a fund manager with one of the largest shopping centre portfolios in Australia.

They are currently seeking a National Operations Manager to join their Brisbane office. You will be overseeing a portfolio of Retail assets with responsibilities in capital expenditure and forecasting, risk management, OH&S, resource management and sustainability. Since you will be supervising staff it is crucial that you have outstanding leadership and management skills.

To be successful in this role you will need Operations/Facilities experience in Retail Property and preferably have a trade background. Ideally you will have had exposure to sustainability to minimise wastage and resources. It is essential that you are proactive and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
