A global superbrand with an extensive network of locations spanning 5 continents are looking for a shining star to join their vibrant, energetic and corporate team.

You will be involved in all aspects of representing the retailer, duties will include lease negotiations, structuring the deal for the benefit of the tenant, property management, new site identification, new site acquisitions, extensive stakeholder management (internal and external), monthly budgets and tenancy fit-out plans.

There is a structured career plan in place and for the first three months your progress will be micro-managed to ensure a smooth and harmonious transition into the company culture.

The team thrives on the ability to solve problems from a proactive approach to managing their extensive portfolio in an on-time and structured manner.

It is essential that you have a background in the retail (commercial leasing executives are welcome to apply) leasing sector, ideally within a similar retailer focussed role or from within an agency/owner environment, having the ability to clearly demonstrate successful deals completed during the last year.

Flawless communication and corporate presentation is also an essential prerequisite, with a relevant tertiary qualification (desirable not essential).
