Global consultancy is looking to appoint a driven, decisive and commercial aware property specialist to the position of Associate Director.

The role will see you develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase the departments market position, aggressively targeting new management contracts with a range of owners from private investors to national institutions.

You will oversee the day to day management of the commercial division, including the management of your own portfolio with additional responsibility for the delivery of clear and concise instruction to your direct reports.

A successful background in the commercial property management sector is an essential requirement from either an agency or owner environment, to include a proven track record in the successful expansion of your department/portfolio.
