Your expertise and advanced level of people management skills and strategic business planning, coupled with your exceptional skills as a high-end negotiator will provide you with the tools to be successful in this senior level role.
 
Reporting the Sales and Marketing Manager, this position will see you developing new strategies to penetrate the top two hundred accounts through the management and coaching of the Business Development Managers'. This role involves enhancing development and growth opportunities by increasing new revenue streams in core and non-core markets through strategic planning and relationship management. Fundamental to this role is your understanding of annual and project based pricing and the renegotiation of tenders, so a strong commercial acumen is required for this position. You will thrive in a role that allows you to deal at a strategic level and utilise your ability as a hunter and senior relationship developer, you're mentoring ????? ????? management skills must be exceptional.
 
The ideal candidate will either be tertiary qualified with a sales management background, or come from an engineering ????? ????? have a proven track record in business planning and negotiating at a senior level within the civil or resources and mining sectors. You will also require exceptional client presentation and communication skills preferably, with a strong network of contacts within the relevant sectors.
