Our client is a high profile manufacturing ????? ????? supplies products into the building and transportation sectors. They operate from state of the art facilties in Brisbane and are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic Plant Manager.
You will be responsible for managing a team in excess of 250 employees across a complex 24/7 operation, this will include Production, Engineering, QA, Logistics & Health and Safety. You will be tasked with setting and driving site strategy and achieving demanding targets through the implementation of Continuos Improvement and Lean Manufacturing ????? ?????.
You will also work closely with the Site Senior Team to develop the site culturally and ensure that common standards are adhered to.
In order to succeed in this role you will be educated to degree level and have gained several years experience of managing large complex operations within a high volume manufacturing ????? ?????.
As well as your manufacturing ????? ????? capability you will have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully developing a business in terms of culture and manufacturing ????? ?????.
