This National top tier has one of Australia's leading tax practices with the main focus on providing high level tax advice to blue-chip clients both on a stand-alone basis and as an integral part of the full legal services offered by this firm.

Working in an open and friendly environment across the national practice group, your role will involve acting for large public and private companies, banks and high wealth private groups in respect of the GST and stamp duty implications of corporate structures, property deals, group reorganisations, settlement structures for public offerings, business acquisitions, leasing arrangements, financing arrangements and insurance, retirement village and mining and energy transactions.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work with the firm's major clients and internal practice groups to provide high level specialist taxation advice and innovative solutions. You will have business development skills and be able to delegate and supervise more junior practitioners.
