The position
With upwards of three years post-admission experience in general commercial litigation and insolvency, you will join a strong team of experienced litigators and be given the opportunity to receive training and support from leaders in the field.
Working on high level insolvency and general commercial litigation matters, this team will provide you will the marketing opportunities, client contact and high level of responsibility over your files that will quickly see you up for promotion to Associate/Senior Associate.

Your suitability for the role
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general commercial litigation and insolvency law, in particular, be able to demonstrate your exposure to large insolvency matters and show an understanding of the process involved in taking such a matter through to fruition.
Beyond your strong experience in this area, it is important that you are enthusiastic about your career, passionate about law, have a solid level of academic achievement and are keen to play an important part in the commercial litigation team of this National firm.
