    Working in the Insurance Litigation (Motor Vehicle) Department of a medium size Law firm, your duties will involve dictaphone typing of various documents and general correspondence using Word 2000, bring ????? ?????, dealing with clients, organising medical appointments and conferences, drafting court documents (list of documents) as well as correspondence, diary management, billings, preparation of briefs and general file management duties. You will be supporting an Associate.

    Experience Needed

    It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years Insurance Litigation or Personal Injuries Paralegal /Secretarial experience in the motor vehicle area. A minimum of 70 wpm with intermediate Word 2003 are also essential.

    Culture/Work Environment

    Medium size law firm with 20 staff, established in 1986, social firm, team environment.

    Yearly salary/performance reviews, RDO per month, cappuccino machine, morning tea every Friday. Salary negotiable dependant upon experience (up to $55,000 + Superannuation).
