The 12-strong insurance law practice of this leading national firm is supported by the team’s longstanding relationship with various local and international general and life insurers, their reinsurers and leading intermediaries.
As part of this outstanding litigation practice, the successful candidate will focus on delivering advice on the areas of professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ liabilities, medical malpractice, product liability, public liability, life and disability insurance as well as reinsurance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 4 to 5 years post admission experience within professional liability;
- strong technical skills;
- an ability to work autonomously, as well as alongside other specialists, across a broad range of complex insurance matters; and
- experienced in representing clients in these matters at settlement and trial.
