Commercial disputes lawyers with 3-6 years PQE are invited to consider this role within a leading disputes group, under the guidance of a partner who is respected and recognised Australia-wide as a smart operator and leading disputes tactician. The brand of this firm backs up the strength of the litigation group in attracting big name clients from both public and private sectors.
The successful applicant will work on challenging and broad commercial disputes that can include resources sector disputes, Part IV TPA, large scale contractual litigation and ground breaking litigation. The ideal person will come from a larger practice group and will have had solid training in disputes. All applicants should have strong academics.
