With the boom continuing in Brisbane, this firm is looking to grow its group, seeking a lawyer with 3-6 years experience in litigation/construction law.  Work extends from providing advice on project structuring, tendering processes, contract selection and preparation, contract negotiation, liaison with technical consultants and advisors. In addition to this, you will be involved in necessary dispute resolution so a commercial litigation background would be preferable. Ideally your background in either private practice or an inhouse organisation will bring an added dynamic to this firm and the ability to bring a client base or following will be highly regarded.
