    Our client is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their support team. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn.

    This is a well established Professional Services business who specialise in the E-Commerce space. Ideally they are looking for someone who has previously worked in product based support, online retail systems.

    To be considered:

    • 3 years experience in in Applications Support
    • MUST HAVE Strong Analysis skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • MUST HAVE E-Commerce product support experience
    • Web / Internet technologies
    • Database technologies
    • ITIL Processes (mainly Incident, Problem, change)
    • Analysis (ecomm, retail, internet)
    • Websphere Commerce knowledge highly beneficial
    • Excellent documenetation/ reporting skills required.

    Once the clients product has been implemented it is your responsibility to provide on-going support.
