An excellent opportunity exists for an ICT Contracts Manager to manage the contract management program within Business Solutions Division (BSD) for all ICT contracts and agreements. You will Ensure that value and compliance is obtained from all ICT Contracts and agreements and manage the relationship between BSD and its' Suppliers/Vendors.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide assistance in the development and review of Supplier SLAs, contracts, agreements or any other documents for third-party suppliers ensuring accuracy and currency
  • Monitor compliance; identify and implement process improvements for all vendor/contract management related programs
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of all contracts, what we are entitled to and work with BSD and other business units to get maximum value for money from our contracts
  • Ensure Third-Party and Supplier services integrate effectively with internal processes and methodologies and comply with Corporate strategies for Third-Party & Supplier engagement
  • Responsible for the maintenance and review of BSD's Supplier and Contracts repository; to include electronic and hardcopy documents and related information
  • Perform contract and/or SLA reviews regularly to ensure all contracts and agreements are consistent with organizational requirements and standard terms and conditions where possible
  • Responsible for updating contract and agreement records and associated documents when required; to include consultation with Corporate Services where applicable
  • Responsible for monitoring, reporting and reviewing supplier/third-party performance against agreed targets, identifying improvement opportunities and actioning as required
  • Assist BSD's Support Teams and Management with contract and supplier information; to include involvement in internal and external audit activities as required or outlined within BSDs Key Events
  • Liaise with vendors to prepare contract renewals and payments in accordance with contract schedules
  • Review vendor/contract management systems and recommend changes to assist in streamlining / improving existing processes
  • Document and maintain policies and procedures relevant to the contract and vendor management programs
  
Skills set required:
  • Minimum 5 (five) years experience in Contract management including a minimum of 3 (three) years within an IT environment.
  • Experience in the preparation, documentation of policies and procedures relating to Contract Management
  • Experience supporting multiple contracts or complex agreements.
  • Well developed knowledge of Supplier/Contract strategies and processes, preferably within an ICT environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Supplier/Contract Management tools
