Our client is a well known name in the continued growth of the QLD economy and currently they require the expert skills and knowledge of an experienced SQL DBA for an initial 6 month contract opportunity.

To be successful in this contract position, you will have at least  5 years of demonstrated experience in a hands on SQL (SQL Server 2000/2003) DBA position with in a large enterprise environment, as well as be able to provide a high level of general ICT technical expertise, support and administration and prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.

You will also need to have strong exposure to enterprise storage systems and enterprise monitoring and back-up systems with in a general operating environment as well as be able to demonstrate effective ITIL processes including change, incident and risk management.
