They are seeking the services of contract business analysts (several) with commercial experience (10+ years) in transformation projects, with an excellent working knowledge of business process, change management or organisational development  in a  busy and high growth environment. You may have become expert in organisational development competencies OR alternatively have strong expertise in compliance (AS4360).

You will have drive and focus, be self sufficient and a strong desire to make a difference

You will have at 10 years experience in business analysis and process analysis

You will have a strong experience in organisational development OR strong skills in AS4360

You will have excellent facing skills and effective change management skills

You will be keen to develop your business engagement skills

You will be a natural change agent
