This is an excellent opportunity to move into a claims role within an experienced and high performing team. You will be provided with ongoing training and support as you develop your skills.

This role will see you settling customers claim's in an efficient, accurate, timely and friendly manner, while respecting QBE's service standards, guidelines, allocated authority levels, and policy wording.

You will be responsible for processing of claims in line with procedures and published guidelines and the business unit claims management philosophy and working within a team environment to achieve team and regional goals & budgets. You will ensure all claims are documented correctly and meet audit and management requirements, and you will resolve complaints in association with our internal disputes resolution process.

To excel in this role you will bring ????? ????? attitude and your desire to learn. As a self-motivated individual you will have a home, motor and property claims experience, sound administration skills, an intermediate level of computer literacy as well as excellent communication and client service skills.
