Our client is a leading insurance brokerage with offices in a number of countries globally. Due to internal changes, they are now seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Account Executive to work on their major client portfolio.

Day to day activities will include:

• Advising clients on all insurance needs.
• Retaining existing business and developing new opportunities.
• Involvement in the claims process of behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with underwriters.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and legislative guidelines.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and convert to sales.

The successful candidate will be Tier 1 qualified, ideally with 2-4 years experience in a broking role. Ideally you will have exposure working with Corporate clients and will understand the risks associated with corporate clients. You will possess highly developed negotiation skills and your ability to build rapport with clients is essential. You will work well under pressure and demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
