Our client is an established brokerage currently experiencing a period of growth. Due to their continued level of success, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join their team based in the CBD. This role will see you working with a portfolio of high end clients with turnovers up to $500m p.a.

Candidates will be Tier 1 qualified with a passion for client service. Although the majority of this role will be around servicing existing clients, there will be a limited amount of business development involved.
 
Daily duties will include:
 

• Servicing an existing book of clients
• Liaising with the dedicated BDM to expand the client base
• Mentoring junior staff members
• Ensuring compliance with service standards
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Meeting and exceeding financial targets

 
The successful candidate will have a focus towards servicing clients. Although you will have no formal reports, you will assist junior colleagues to become high performing individuals. The successful candidate will be a self starter with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills are essential as are high levels of personal presentation.
