Our client is a growing brokerage based in the CBD. Due to their continued level of success, they are now seeking to recruit an additional Senior Account Executive to join their team.
 
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced broker to develop their career with an exceptional organisation who offers long term career growth and development.
 
The successful candidate will be Tier 1 qualified with a passion for client service. Although the majority of this role will be around servicing existing clients, there will be some business development involved.
 
Daily duties will include:
 

• Servicing an existing book of business
• Liaising with the dedicated BDM to expand the client base
• Mentoring ????? ????? members
• Ensuring ????? ????? service standards
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Meeting and exceeding financial targets

 
The successful candidate will have a focus towards servicing clients. You will have a minimum of two years experience and the ability to impact your knowledge on to clients and colleagues. Although you will have no formal reports, you will assist junior colleagues to become high performing individuals. The successful candidate will be a self starter with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills are essential as are high levels of personal presentation.
