Our client has an enviable reputation across Australia for providing a high quality service to clients nationally. Currently a vacancy exists to join their business under a unique business model.
 
This role is designed for brokers who not only believe they are the best in the business but can also back up those claims. This company will give you a book of business and then pay you up to 45% on renewals in the first year. Following this time, you will be paid a lower percentage on renewals, however new business will remain at 45% commission.
 
Under this business model, you will have full access to the organisation's branding, existing market presence and full support. You will run your business how you think best, targeting the organisations you want and promoting the product lines you choose.
 
This is an opportunity for you to run your business, work the hours you want to work and develop the business you want. If you have 5 years plus experience as a broker, ideally in a suburban brokerage, this could be the role for you.
