Our client is a leading insurance brokerage based in Brisbane. They are currently looking to recruit a junior insurance professional to join one of their most successful teams in Australia.

As part of a small, yet high performing team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients where you will learn the requirements to progress in to an Account Manager role within 18 months.

Daily duties will include:

• Liaising with internal and external clients
• Renewing policies
• Reviewing underwriter rates
• Issuing certificates of currency
• Processing premium refunds

To be successful in this role, you will have 2 years experience in ANY insurance discipline. Experience within a call ????? ????? would be highly advantageous as you will already be used to working in a fast paced, targeted environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and will have strong communication skills as you will be dealing with a high number of clients via the telephone. You will be committed to your own training and development and be prepared to undertake Tier 1 training (at the employers expense of course!).
