Based in the Brisbane CBD, this state government department requires an experienced HR Systems Coordinator to join their Human Resources Team. This is an A05 position, and will be available for a 6 month contract, with a possibility of extension.

In this role, the successful applicant will be required to provide expertise in the delivery of the human resource information systems, specifically the Aurion HR system.

Key duties:

• Analyse, design, develop and implement the HR information system
• Advise and monitor any changes and enhancements to the system
• Provide expert advice and solutions to complex system problems
• Training staff
• Contribute to the research and development of corporate HR policies and procedures

To be successful in your application it is necessary that you have a high level of knowledge and experience in either Aurion or Peoplesoft. You will also have a sound knowledge of current human resource issues, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will be highly organised, and be able to work within a small team.
