The Role 

Reporting to the OHS Manager you will continue to enhance the companys positive safety image across multiple sites in QLD. 

 To be successful in leading a small safety team you will bring: 

• Operational hands on and strategic thinking skills;  
• Extensive OHS experience in a multi site civil construction or similar environment. 
• Outstanding communication, coaching and influencing skills at site and senior management level.  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in safety and certification in RTW and training and assessment. 

• Well developed skills in safety management systems (AS4801), auditing and legislation.
