A fantastic opportunity now exists for an experienced, hands on advisor to play a key role as they continue on their safety journey.   

The Role

As a true business partner you will build relationships and influence key stakeholders on OHS initiatives whilst providing practical, hands on advice across each of their three sites. Specifically you will: 

• Provide technical advice and guidance to line managers and staff to ensure successful safety outcomes
• Provide safety leadership, coaching and mentoring ????? ????? continuous improvement in regard to safety
• Manage the ongoing development and implementation of the safety management system across each site
• Play an active role in the ongoing development of the organisations safety culture 

To be successful you must bring:

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
• Initiative and the ability to coach and influence at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A common sense approach to implementing safety management systems
• Experience within FMCG manufacturing ????? ????? industry will be highly regarded
