Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager, The Clinical Support Representative (CSR) position requires the incumbent to support surgical procedures in the operating theatre and hospital environment on a range of products on an as required basis. The support provided includes providing advice on the correct surgical technique for products, providing training to theatre staff where required and checking surgical instrument sets prior to the commencement of cases. Other duties may be required from time to time.

 

While this is not a sales position, you will need to establish strong relationships and credibility with surgeons and theatre staff and show a strong commitment to customer service.

 

This role would ideally suit a person with a Genuine interest in entering ????? ????? industry who has experience in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or carry some sort of Science or related Degree. You will be professionally presented with excellent communication skills that will enable you to confidently convey technical information to all levels of Medical Professionals.
