Our client is a prominent Occupational Rehabilitation Provider enjoying significant success in a competitive national marketspace. Opportunity for a dynamic individual to add value as South-East Queensland Business Manager now exists.
Assuming an integral role in the Senior Management team, you will report directly to a forward-thinking & supportive Queensland Operations Manager. You will be based in Brisbane, with a reasonable amount of travel involved, to ensure the achievement of quality across relevant sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Management of all South-East Queensland operations
- Performance Management, coaching & mentorship
- Financial Management
- Targeted Business Development
- Keeping abreast with industry trends
- Relationship building with key stakeholders
- Maintaining quality across locations
You will hold:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health
- Extensive management experience in Health or relevant Professional Services
- Strong Financial Management & monitoring skills
- Drive, commitment & results-orientation
- Strong leadership ability, with an emphasis on people management
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
