Customer Service Officer - Brisbane

Australia and we are seeking a bright, friendly and caring ????? ????? excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our Brisbane team. 

    Our client base includes elderly and paediatric clients including newly diagnosed infants. The successful applicant will be joining an experienced and supportive team. There is a strong focus on Learning and Development with support from a team of experts from within the region.

    As the Customer Service Officer your responsibilities will include:
    • Reception duties including counter and telephone enquiries
    • High level electronic appointment book management
    • Data entry, receipting and banking
    • Adherence to regularity guidelines and protocols
    • Involvement in liaison and marketing activities
    • Minor hearing ????? ?????

    You will need to have excellent people skills and the ability and interest to develop great relationships with our clients (many of whom are elderly) and others in the community. You will be a team player, who enjoys learning new tasks and has the ability to multi-task and adapt to change. Your previous experience or keen interest in marketing will also assist in this position.

    Previous experience in a client facing role and / or busy office environment is highly desirable. Computer skills are essential.
