Barclay Recruitment is a boutique Executive Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Sales, Engineering ????? ????? roles within the Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering ????? ????? sectors.  With a seven year history of proven success we are now seeking three new consultants who will undergo intense sales and recruitment training with the aim of developing high end business development skills and a broad level of commercial acumen.
 
You should have a confident style, strong telephone skills, a genuinely focused work ethic and a passion to build your sales ability.  This is not a back office or support role but a front line opportunity where you will be thrown in the deep end.  Reporting to the Managing Director you will be trained in all aspects of Executive Recruitment which will include prospecting, client presentations, candidate interviewing, report writing, reference checking, and negotiating successful outcomes for all parties.
 
We are seeking self motivated and disciplined applicants that are incentive driven who possess a depth of character based on integrity, pride and fair competition.  Working in a professional services firm you must be articulate, well presented and very computer literate. Business or Engineering ????? ????? be advantageous as well as previous business to business sales experience.
