Based in Brisbane CBD, this national brand is looking to recruit an expert in Residential finance and Deposits.

In this role you will be expected to provide superior customer services to all customers and educating on a variety of products through up selling and cross selling. You will offer lending services within residential finance to support an annual target of home loan settlements. A large percentage of your role will also involve deposits thus you will have a strong understanding of branch deposit processes and systems.

Reporting to the branch manager, you will be seen as their right hand man. You will manage the branch when necessary and deal with staff training and compliance as and when required. You will also assist in the development and growth of the business by supporting the drive to gain market dominance.

Your hours will be based on a 5 day week, inclusive of saturdays however you will always be guaranteed time off in lieu once you have completed a half day shift (mornings only). As the saturday roster is rotated, you will be expected to manage independently on such days. This means you are happy to work autonomously without management and be able to ensure productivity of staff in managements absence.

The salary for this role is that of an experienced residential/deposits branch officer with a proven track record of sales thus we are only considering ????? ?????.

Interviews will be held within the next two weeks with the view to meet with the management team toward mid/end of month.
