This well respected dealergroup is seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to join its growing Queensland operation.

Working within the existing practices, you will have strong stakeholder management, highly developed strategic and influencing skills and the ability to work with a mixed experience group of financial advisers.

This business critical position will require you to analysis business needs and to implement a strategic action plan to enact business growth. You will drive adviser and practice recruitment, provide business coaching and ensure compliant businesses.

You will have an established financial services career, with knowledge of financial planning compliance, operations, strategic planning and marketing. Importantly you will be an accomplished people and change manager, who can add value to established businesses.
