This well respected diverse financial services group is seeking an experienced Consultant to coach and mentor its growing Practice Development presence.
You will be required to work the groups existing aligned and IFA Practice Development Managers to implement industry best practice standards and increase practice profitability.
As an experienced wealth management professional you will conduct needs analysis, develop appropriate solutions and ensure the sustainable implementation of the action.
You will have an established wealth management career, with exposure to both aligned and IFA financial planning practices, strong analytical and communications skills, knowledge of various distribution models, proven coaching and mentoring ????? ????? a continuous improvement focus.
Daily rate remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
