We are seeking an experienced and innovative manager with exceptional business management skills, significant business-to-business sales experience and a passion for winning new corporate heavyweight contracts. You will also need a strong operational background and be well versed in managing client relationships at a senior level whilst maintaining an affinity with the contractor in the field. Your industry and market knowledge will come from an established career in the Building Services sector and your reputation as a trusted business partner, will enable you to leverage off your existing network of clients and contacts in the region.
You will need to be highly articulate, confident and a persuasive team-builder who is able to motivate and communicate to achieve best stakeholder outcomes both internally and within client organisations.
This senior management position has a small direct report team across four commercial divisions employing around 100 staff in design, construction, production and estimating. The incumbent will have full P&L responsibility and the scope and resources to plan, organise and drive the future growth of the business unit.
