Experienced Geotechnical Engineer
Our client is a leading and established Consulting Engineering ????? ????? over a century of successful history, leading the way in major industrial and infrastructure projects throughout the world this company are seeing change in the market and are seeking experienced geotechnical engineers to join their team to continue to push projects forward.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of project throughout QLD for major govt and blue chip clients. You will be working within a team focusing on developing the Bid for projects and using your expertise to work through the geotechnical components of these projects. Additionally, there are leadership opportunities available for focused and self starting individuals that would like to lead project team in the near future and be a pivotal person within the team.
To be successful you will possess the following:
Experience within the design of the geotechnical components for foundations, piling works, retaining walls, slope stability, earthworks, ground improvement and soft ground engineering;
5 years experience working within a consultancy preferred
Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, with specialisation in Geotechnical or similar
Engineers Australia Membership (or eligibility)
Strong understanding for Australian legislation and requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
