Located 2 hours West of Brisbane
Leading organisation in education has an immediate need for a Strategic Asset/Facilities Manager. The role is based approx. 2 hours West of Brisbane. This is ideal for someone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life during ????? ????? week. The role will report directly to the Head of Facilities Management and will be responsible for: - Strategic asset management planning across a diverse property portfolio
- Building and services maintenance
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Minor works as required
- Liaison with contractors, senior staff,FM professionals and statutory bodies
To be successful we are looking for people with the following skills and experience: - Solid experience in Strategic Asset Management planning-in a FM environment
- Strong Facilities Management background
- Relevant degree in property, FM, engineering, construction or related field
- Ideally industry experience within the educational/training or public sector
- Strong technical building services operational experience
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal
