In this role, you will primarily be responsible for facilitating and implementing continuous improvement processes by embarking on best practice methodologies adopted globally using lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma techniques to optimise processes and reduce costs.
You will report to the Managing Director, will work closely with the management team to ensure optimisations of processes and yields.
This role requires:
- a technical degree or CI qualification.
- a full understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies and Quality systems in a manufacturing ????? ?????.
- a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role where proven productivity improvements have been gained.
- strong project management skills to drive results,
- the ability to identify opportunities.
- influencing skills to implement change.
Excellent presentation, reporting and document writing skills are required to effectively communicate and work through others to achieve high standards of excellence and efficiency.
