As the new Team Leader, you will take a lead on a variety of projects, providing guidance, support and advice to clients and more junior team members. Working as part of a highly supportive management team, under a manager who encourages an environment of empowerment and autonomy without the micromanagement seen in other firms, you can achieve your own goals and not be "shoe-horned" into a position that meets the company's needs more than your own.
Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor Civil Engineering; 10 years+ building structures design experience, within Australia
Post Graduate qualifications and/or prior published works highly regarded
Strong communication skills; client delivery focus
