They Specialise in engineering ????? ????? building and urban developments completing projects across arrange of industries including: aged care, educations, hospitals and health care, offices, retail developments, hotels, industrial buildings, land developments and local, state and federal government facilities. With their successful business rapidly growing, they are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in Building Services design to join their high profile Buildings Group, located in Townsville.
You will be required to lead a small mechanical design team, providing both overall management and hands-on contributions of all design aspects, including conceptual and detailed designs, of mechanical services for new projects, ensuring ????? ????? deliveries and profitability of projects. As also part of your role, you will be required to take part in the preparation of tenders, presenting preliminary conceptual design proposals with view to develop new businesses through existing channels of clientele, as well as new prospective clients. You should have tertiary degree in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 7 years of practical design experience within building services engineering ????? ?????. Familiarity with Australian Building Codes and Design Standards are MUST. You should also have good project management and team leadership skills, and possess good verbal and written communication.
