Their Canberra office is looking for a Principal Building Service Design Engineer with strong HVAC and Team leadership skills to lead the team into new and challenging roles .

Primary responsibilities
Drawing on your expert knowledge in the design and project management of Mechanical and/or Electrical Building Services Systems, you will assist our engineers to:
- Develop technical and professional excellence.
- Use environmentally sustainable design practices.
- Manage a variety of projects, delivering ????? ????? and within budget
- Optimise available resources.
- Manage client relationships
- Promote business development
Key to the success of this role will be your professional experience, organisational ability, outstanding communication skills and the capacity to establish and maintain internal and external working relationships. Equally important will be your ability to make sound decisions on engineering ????? ????? methods while demonstrating creativity, foresight and mature engineering ????? ?????
