Customer Service Officer - Inbound Calls

Our client is a diverse company operating internationally through multiple entities. One of their divisions is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their small team based towards the bayside of Brisbane.

 

 

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for

• Taking inbound calls
• Processing customer orders
• Attending to technical queries
• Troubleshooting customer issues
• Liaising with internal staff regarding

 

To be successful you will display a demonstrated background in customer service with at least 18 months experience in a high volume inbound call centre environment. Your communication skills will be exceptional and you will be able to quickly acquire specific technical information and relay that to customers. Moreover a bright individual who is looking for a role close to home will enjoy this great opportunity.
