Randstad 's contact centre division has an exciting opportunity to assist our client with their urgent recruitment needs! Our client is looking for experienced call centre consultants to join their outbound call centre team. There are opportunities on both the southside of Brisbane and CBD.
To be successful for these positions you must possess:
Previous call centre experience
Strong focus on customer service
Intermediate computer skills
Compassion and empathy
Excellent negotiation and complaint handling skills
Problem solving skills
