Our client is a market leader in the Asset Services area and is a full-service real estate services company with offices worldwide. Due to expansion in their QLD property portfolio they are seeking an experienced and professional Operations Manager with an excellent facilities managerment background. This role will see you managing a small commercial portfolio within the Brisbane CBD area. you will be responsible for all areas of facilities management and you will also have the ability and experience to project manage significant office refurbishments (above $2million). Strong reporting skills and experience with preparation of budgets is essential. There is room for growth within this position and our client is looking for a stable team player to fit in with the progressive culture of their business. Your personable nature and ability to create rapport with all walks of life will make you an asset to this company. You will also be corporately presented and have a high level of initiative. To be successful at this role, it is essential you have at least 5 years experience within the commercial facility management industry as a Facilities or Operations Manager.
