High level national leadership role! Build and drive the Urban Design and Planning business units throughout Australia.  This company is based throughout Australia, however the position can be based in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide.

An award winning practice, this company specialises in architecture, interior design, urban design & planning, and landscape architecture. Using their extensive industry experience of over 35 years, they have worked their way to the forefront of their industry. Operating not only in Western Australia but also nationally with a corporate partnership internationally, they are currently seeking a Director/Principal to build and drive the national operations in Urban Design and Planning.

In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the management and growth of the Urban Design and Town Planning functions on a national basis. Managing an existing team based in Perth this position will establish, through successful recruitment, strong business development and dynamic leadership, design functions throughout Australia.

To be considered for this role you will be currently employed in a senior position managing and driving a team of design and/or planning professionals. You will have exceptional and demonstrated leadership skills coupled with a background in ideally town planning, urban design or architecture. Your strong client network and motivated personality will ensure that you have the tools to effectively business develop and grow the team nationally.
