Due to the increase in work load and the need of a strategic approach an opening has been released for a National Plant Manager to be based at the Brisbane office.  In this role you will not only cover the other offices but also any area that the group will have their direct plant working.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Experience in a similar role for a reputable company.
Knowledge of a wide range of different machines and models/makes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage the logistics for maintenance.
Be able to report on budgets and forecast for the plant business.

The position will provide the successful candidate with a stable career with a highly reputable national contractor a opportunity that is rare in this current market.

You will not only be responsible for the business strategically but also management of direct staff including workshop managers, diesel fitters and other state plant managers, etc.
