The Position

This company is seeking an experienced Services Manager to manage all of the D&C projects from inception to completion.

• You will support the Management team to deliver Services aspects of the project
• Have a developed client relationship built on experience
• Be able to manage and coordinate the design process production of all documentation
• You are able to prepare and manage project target programs
• Can ensure timelines are being completed in accordance with construction programs
• Assist in the assessment of extension of any claims and or variations
• Provide coordination between the companies design & construction teams and the independent design/client teams, for all civil works and structural aspects of the project
• You can easily multi task and monitor both project and subcontractor program progress
