Our client is a small boutique firm located within 5kms of Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the design of institutional projects ranging from Education, Security Centres, Art Theatres and Community Housing. This busy practice has a strong reputation in Brisbane and as such secures work from repeat clients and referrals. Due to their continual growth our client has an opening for a Junior and Senior CAD Technician.

The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, coupled with 3D skills and knowledge of BCA, Australia and local authority standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for the ambitious drafter.

The main duties include:

* Preparing ????? ????? concise documentation for all stages of the architectural process;
* Liaise with the project documentation team to interpret and apply design integrity;
* Liaise with various project stakeholders including consultant, contract administrators and others to ensure effective and efficient project completion.
