With a large pipeline of work that is currently being won, they are seeking a candidate from an extensive background in construction. With a variety of Commercial and Industrial related projects ranging up to and beyond $800mill, this company is seeking to continue to develop their presence in the local market.
Experience in projects ranging from $100 - $800 million on local projects is favorable, however your main asset on offer with be your commercial project experience and any Hospital related experience.
You will demonstrate the following key expertise:
Supervise activities on site
Ensure work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards
Work out job scheduling/critical time lines
Attend weekly site meetings with client, builder and relevant trades
Some Coordination of ordering ????? ????? budget
Ensure OH&S requirements are met to both workers and visitors
