The Fire Systems division of this organisation is in partnership with a million dollar mechanical services and air-conditioning business. Their past completed project scope includes hotels, airports, hospitals, shopping centres and corporate buildings. As a specialist subcontractor, they deliver turnkey fire protection systems from design through to installation and commissioning; followed by ongoing service contracts.

Their areas of expertise include fire detection and alarm systems, extinguishers and fire sprinkler systems.

Currently they have a requirement for an experienced Fire Systems Estimator to have the following responsibilities:

         Compilation of fire system estimates as a specialist subcontractor (mainly fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems)

         Tender submission and follow up

         Maintaining up to date company and product knowledge to actively seek out new business opportunities in the market

We are looking for an experienced estimator with 5-10 years experience working with a specialist fire systems subcontractor estimating for fire detection alarm systems and sprinkler systems contracts. This role would also be of interest to an experienced project manager who has estimated their own projects or a previous owner of a fire systems specialist subcontracting business. A background as a fire alarm technician or fire protection technician would be preferred, although other skill sets will be considered.
