Residential Estimator

 

My client is an award winning home builder based the south east of Brisbane. Active in the construction of new homes (Project Homes & Custom Built), they are now in the market for an Resdiential Estimator to join their established team.

 

The Position

 

This role is for an Estimator with the min 2 - 3 years experience in estimating for residential projects. Experience in producing quality take offs and estimates is a must, also an experience with bill of quantities and estimating software packages, preferably Databuild is advantageous.

 

The role will be based in their Springwood head office , this role will consist of reporting directly to the estimating manager and handling all aspects of ongoing quotes and estimates on projects across the region and surrounding areas.
