This well-known development, funds management and building company has been heavily contributing the changing skyline of SEQ. With a diversified funds management, development, and construction capability they have delivered a range of projects such as residential/commercial high-rise, resorts/hotels, and master-planned communities.

 

There is a newly created position in the organization for an Estimator/Cost Planning Manager to take the division to the next stage of their planned growth strategy. Liaising heavily with internal development executives, joint venture partners, and external consultants, the role will oversee all estimating and cost planning functions in the company, managing an existing team of four.

 

Whether submitting tenders to JV development alliances, or putting cost plans together for major in-house developments, the role will be a varied, and exciting one. Projects will typically range from $100M-$800M in value.

 

Suitable candidates will have genuine management aspirations with solid background in either estimating or cost planning for a building contractor , and possess relevant tertiary qualifications.
